Dr. Gerhard Franz has over 25 years of global experience in the telecommunications, aerospace and electronics industries and has held management positions in R&D, engineering, business development, marketing and sales at Lockheed Martin and General Electric.

Sergio O. Nicli, Sales Director

Sergio Nicli has been in the communications and pay media security business for the past 25 years. He has held various executive management positions with Zenith Electronics Corporation, from Engineering and Manufacturing Manager in the Mexican Production and Repair Facilities to Director of LA Sales for the Network Systems Division manufacturing CATV decoders and pay television products. He has also held positions of LA Sales Director for Motorola Broadband Products and Irdeto Access Conditional Access products.
